At HealingSalt, we strive to ensure every product and service brings comfort, relief, and trust. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase or booking.

• ✅ Return Eligibility:
  
  • Only unused and sealed items in original packaging are eligible.
  • Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
• 🚚 Return Process:

  • Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  • Once approved, ship the item to our Kolkata clinic address at your cost.
• 💸 Refunds:
  
  • After inspection, eligible returns will be refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or wrong item.

• 📅 Cancellations:
  
  • Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled up to 12 hours in advance without penalty.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior will incur 50% service charges.
• 🔁 Refunds for Prepaid Sessions:
  
  • Refunds for canceled sessions (with proper notice) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • No-shows are non-refundable, but eligible for rescheduling once (subject to availability).

• Products damaged due to misuse, opened items, or items without proof of purchase are not returnable.
• Refunds are not applicable for personalized medicines or made-to-order formulations.
